30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, teethers, feeding items and opened bath products can only be returned if faulty.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Contact us through the contact page with your order number. We’ll reply within one business day with the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; for damaged or wrong items there is no cost to you.
